  1. I switched from coffee to hot tea about 4 years ago, mainly to cut down on my caffeine intake. I knew that there were health benefits but didn’t realize how much it was helping my Type 2. I buy “loose” tea rather than OTC tea bags at the grocery store and the taste difference is rather remarkable. My consumption of green tea as compared to others is about 50% but after reading your post I think I will increase the ratio. Thanks for the info.
