Today’s workout turned to be somewhat anti climatic, its one of those things where you spend the whole week anticipating and when it is all said and done you are proud of your accomplishment but it now just becomes a footnote in the next rung of a raised bar.

I had been concerned with the fatigue factor at the end of the session last Saturday so this time, I had a snack before the work out. (1 spoon peanut butter) and that pushed me over the top.

2 boiled egg whites – 100 calories
1 spoon peanut butter – 100 calories
Dinner

4 oz steak – 300 calories
1 serving garden peas – 50 calories

Snack

1 cup unsweetened apple sauce – 100 calories

Free Calories

5 tea cups a day

Total

1400 calories

Medications

500 mg of Metformin twice a day
5 mg of Prinivil twice a day
1000mg of Omega 3 Fish Oil twice a day
1000mcg of Chromium Picolinate twice a day
