Still trending higher even though I did not hit the 200 mark today, just below that but it is interesting and I need to check out what happens tomorrow to make a definitive conclusion on the week.

From the Saturday lows and the 2 days of workouts missed after that seems to have had me chasing the highs.

Saturday is coming up and I do intent to do the 2.5 hour bike ride again but I think I will try to keep up my energy for consistency sake and finish the week strong.
