The bike challenge is just a day away now and in my euphoric exuberance, I forgot to mention a few things.
Every experiment we do on the project must have a reason and an end result so here are a few.
1. glucose effects on long term exposure to elevated heart rate levels
(I go lower or higher)

4. fun factors

Testing
Fasting 8am 115
Pre-workout 6pm 100
post-workout – 8pm 88

Exercise Diet
strength training- 1.5 hours

Breakfast
steak n eggs with 3 small eggs
3 small eggs – 150 calories
1oz cheese – 50 calories
5.oz steak – 250

snack

1 spoonful peanut butter – 150 calories

Lunch

2 can of tuna – 200 calories
yogurt – 100 calories

Snack

Chicken Sandwich
4 oz chicken serving – 90 calories
(Fairground sliced deli thin chicken from Fairgrounds bought at save a lot)
1 slice American cheese-100 calories
lettuce leaf -20 calories

Dinner
cheese omelet
3 small eggs – 300 calories
slice of cheese -100 calories
1 cup no sugar added ice cream – 100 calories

Snack

1 serving (handful) pecans – 100 calories

Free Calories

5 tea cups a day

Total

1710 calories

Medications

500 mg of Metformin twice a day
5 mg of Prinivil twice a day
1000mg of Omega 3 Fish Oil twice a day
1000mcg of Chromium Picolinate twice a day
