The Diabetes D-list
Words cannot begin to describe what the Diabetic Online Community means to me personally and I am sure its impact is felt by many other diabetics as well. As this community continues to grow exponentially it get’s a bit harder to discover new bloggers new bloggers to connect with so when I was introduced to the idea of a D-list, I jumped at the chance to discover some new diabetes blogs.
The Original concept of the D-list actually started by Tim Fehlman with the Z-list.
The Instructions are fairly simple.
Instructions
- - Write a post.
- Copy/paste the list from the post you’ve discovered the D-List into it.
- Make sure the links are active and correct.
- If your blog is on the list, remove it’s not a self-promotion post. As Tim Fehlman (Z-List) said : “Don’t worry, because if your name is on mine, it’s on others and will spread.”
- Add your favorite Diabetes blogs on it.
- Add the url of the blog where you’ve discovered the D-List as well.(For example Ronnie Gregory at The poor Diabetic)
- Publish the post.
- People will notice the D-List and continue it.
Here is my D- list

WELCOME!!

Neat idea and great list
Here is mine – http://t2bloggerlist.blogspot.com/. There are some changes to be made – later this week, so if you get an error message – it is one that needs to be changed. About 4 in total as some people have been changing from google blogger to other blog formats.
There are many I am missing, but I don’t add them without their permission. I do have about a dozen more that I have not been able to contact and my list is type 2 bloggers only.
Another list of all type diabetes bloggers is available here – http://www.thediabetesresource.com/listing/
One word of warning – there are quite a few that do not exist any longer, but have not been removed.
Thanks Bob. There is a lot of new D bloggers out there that I am trying to discover,( the whole premise of the list), its also kinda sad that some have disappeared all together. So this is also my attempt at spring cleaning my blogroll too.
